Our facilities offer flexible opening hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our daily routine is structured within a stable framework, allowing children to follow a reassuring schedule while providing families with some flexibility. Our team recommends a specific arrival time to ensure activities run smoothly from the start of the day.

Pricing and Payment Terms
Les Contes Enchantés Daycare: Subsidized Service
The reduced-contribution rate corresponds to the current rate set by the Ministry of Family.
Low-income families may also be eligible for additional tax credits or subsidies, depending on their situation. Payments are made via automatic withdrawal. Tax receipts are issued annually. Fees may apply for late payments or unjustified absences.

Planning for the Unexpected While Respecting Our Operations
Absence and Late Policy
Absences must be reported as soon as possible. The regular rate applies for any absence. Similarly, additional fees may apply for late pickups after 6:00 PM, in order to accommodate staff schedules.
